These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Easefolk online store and to any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please follow the use and care instructions of each product; pet products should be used under your supervision and removed if they get damaged.
2. Prices and offers
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or end offers at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there was a clear pricing error or if we suspect fraud.

5. Use of the store
You agree not to misuse the store or attempt to interfere with its operation. All text, images and logos on this site belong to Easefolk or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes don't affect orders placed before the update.
