Where we ship
- United States and Canada: free shipping on every order.
- Rest of the world: flat rate of $9.99 USD, shown at checkout.
We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Delivery time
Most orders to the United States arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Canada and other countries may take longer depending on the destination and customs. Carrier delays caused by weather or peak seasons can happen; we keep an eye on every shipment.
Where your order ships from
Your order is shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partner's international warehouse. For orders to the United States, any import duties are covered by us. For other countries, local customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
If we can't ship on time
If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll let you know by email with a new estimated date and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after it shipped, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
